Southern Senior Living is seeking reliable Registered Nurses for all ALL shifts, Full Time (FT), Part Time (PT), and PRN, at Lake Marion - Summerton, SC; Lake Moultrie - St. Stephen, SC; Pocotaligo River- Manning, SC. $5,000 signing bonus.

Job Description

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission

Regulatory Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Must have a unencumbered South Carolina RN License
Current BCLS certification
Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
