Pocotaligo River Health & Rehab located at 3147 Sumter Highway Manning, SC 29102 is looking for Full Time Night Shift RN.

Job Description

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the center’s mission

Requirements

Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in SouthCarolina.
Must possess, as a minimum, a Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.‍
Experience in a nursing facility, home health or hospital environment preferred but not required.
